INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb King Crab, split crab legs
- 1/4 cup Butter or Margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp grated Onion
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped Parsley
- 1/4 tsp Tarragon, crushed
- dash bottled Hot Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut the cab legs into about 3 inch peces. (If you want you can remove the crab meat from the the shells and cut into bite sized pieces you you can serve them easier).
- The remaining ingredients are mixed and brushed over the crab. Place the crab legs their shell side down on broiler pan.
- Broil to about 5 inches from the heat for about 4 minutes and occassionaly brush with sauce.
GRILLING METHOD:
To prepare using grilling, prepare the crab as directed above and place crab legs with thei shell side down on a rack about 5 incesh from the hot coals and grill for about 5 minutes or until heated and again brush ocassionaly with sauce.

King Crab Fettuccine
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb King Crab Meat
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
- 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 12 oz Fettuccine Noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 Tbsp chopped Parsley
- Salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Slice the drained crab.
- Saute garlic in butter then add the crab then add the heavy cream and
parmesan cheese and perpper.- Make sure the heat is on medium and stir until thoroughly heated. Add in the
hot fettucine and toss lightly.- Tops with the garnish of your choice, parsely is a good choice. This recipe
makes about 6 servings.

Crab Recipe Cajun King Crab
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 1/2 lbs King Crab Legs
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp
- Cajun Seasoning,
or to taste- 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
- 1 tsp minced Garlic
- 1 tsp dry
- Vermouth
DIRECTIONS:
- Take the crab meat from the shells and set the meat aside. Get a small bowl and mix all the remaining ingredients. Spread the mixture afterwards on all sides of the crab meat and marinate in the refrigirator for about 30 minutes.
- Using medium-high heat, heat a large skillet. Carefully cook the crab turning as necessary in order to make sure that all siddes are cooked evenly. Wait until brown and heated thoroughly.
- Serve along your favorite pasta dish or rice. This recipe makes 2-4 servings.
