Crab Recipe King Crab Royal

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb King Crab, split crab legs
  • 1/4 cup Butter or Margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp grated Onion
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Tarragon, crushed
  • dash bottled Hot Pepper


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut the cab legs into about 3 inch peces. (If you want you can remove the crab meat from the the shells and cut into bite sized pieces you you can serve them easier).

  2. The remaining ingredients are mixed and brushed over the crab. Place the crab legs their shell side down on broiler pan.

  3. Broil to about 5 inches from the heat for about 4 minutes and occassionaly brush with sauce.

GRILLING METHOD:

To prepare using grilling, prepare the crab as directed above and place crab legs with thei shell side down on a rack about 5 incesh from the hot coals and grill for about 5 minutes or until heated and again brush ocassionaly with sauce.
