Crab Recipe Cajun King Crab


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 1/2 lbs King Crab Legs
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
  • Cajun Seasoning,

    or to taste

  • 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1 tsp minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp dry
  • Vermouth


DIRECTIONS:

    1. Take the crab meat from the shells and set the meat aside. Get a small bowl and mix all the remaining ingredients. Spread the mixture afterwards on all sides of the crab meat and marinate in the refrigirator for about 30 minutes.

    2. Using medium-high heat, heat a large skillet. Carefully cook the crab turning as necessary in order to make sure that all siddes are cooked evenly. Wait until brown and heated thoroughly.

    3. Serve along your favorite pasta dish or rice. This recipe makes 2-4 servings.
