Crab Recipe Boiled and in Miswa

I only knew of a couple of crab recipe when I was young and as far as I was concerned those two crab recipe were the easiest to do and they preserve the real taste of the crab. You might find it ridiculously easy to do as it it simply is boiling the crab in boiling salted water. And the other one was to fry crabs cut in half in ginger, onion and garlic, add water, let it boil and then later on add some type of noodle called “miswa” available in the Philippines.

But that was when I was younger (I grew up having an uncle that cultured tilapia fish, milk fish, wild prawns and of course crabs. I'm not exactly sure what type of crab they were but they definitely taste good).

Now that I am able to cook, I just won't settle with the recipe I learned from my uncle. I'm looking into some really nice crab recipes that I would really like to try and post hem in here soon.
